i have started baking! madly in love with my vegan banana tea bread:)
wanna try:)? here's my recipe:
ingredients:
4.5 dl whole spelt flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dl raw coconut oil that you melt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla liquid stevia
1 dl stevia (or a tiny bit less if you don't want as sweet)
some cinnamon
3-4 bananas
preheat oven to 175 (350)
mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a bowl. melt the coconut oil and mix with stevia and vanilla. combine the dry with the oil, sugar & vanilla. mash the bananas and mix them in. mix well.
if you need to grease your loaf pan, use some coconut oil.
put the mix in the loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes - 1 hour.
it is SO good!
