started the day with my usual walk, got home, got dressed, made a baked banana bread oatmeal breakfast & while eating it going through some inspirations in old magazines:) today is a day of beauty.

meet baked banana bread oatmeal with chia seeds:)
wanna try? it's easy, SO GOOD and such a healthy breakfast.
1.25 dl gluten free oatmeal
1-2 teaspoons chia seeds
1.25 dl unsweetened almond milk
1 ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract/ vanilla stevia
heat oven to 180 (ca 360)
soak the oatmeal with chia seeds in the almond milk for about 15 minutes
mash the banana and put in the oat mix together with the baking powder and vanilla. put in a little loaf pan and have it in the oven for about 20 minutes!
if you want, save a few slices of the banana for decoration.
